Gregory Yankelovich, an analyst at Amplified Analytic inferred that smartphones are not about the hardware, but rather it is all about user experience. We saw that the media is comparing the new iPhone 5 to Galaxy S III with respect to its features and customer satisfaction. However, if you see the user reviews online, the story is completely different. Smartphone owners are pretty happy with HTC Windows Phones, Samsung Galaxy Note, and Android smartphones from HTC.
Yankelovich believes that Windows phones will perform better since customers can easily connect to the phone in a clear and simple manner. He also conveyed that Windows phone users like Nokia maps more than their counterparts.

Samsung was the best among all other smartphone makers in the 3rd quarter of 2012 with 39 percent.
HTC has got the best customer satisfaction ratings, followed by Apple and Nokia. HTC is the popular smart phone maker because of its new HTC sense. It also offered great support to its customers.
However, the user reviews are not followed by the reviews in media. Users are intended to use the smart phones for longer duration.
HTC is working more on the Android phones like HTC One S and Amaze. With all the smartphone smoke-outs, Windows phones will get more popularity. New Nokia Lumia 900 seems to convince the buyers; however, it has failed to impress the investors.
