Fortune shine for Ford as company makes steady progress

Northern, WI  1/5/2013 (ScibilityMedia) – The Ford Motor Company(NYSE:F) of Canada Limited has been crowned once gain as the best selling motor manufacturer across the industry for the third consecutive year on the 3rd of January 2013.For the first time a record breaking history has been created in 2012 by an automaker by selling more than 1,00,000 trucks of  F-series in a single year. The company also retained its title for the 47th year in a row of Canada’s top selling truck. Also for the third consecutive year the company’s hot selling F-150 retained the number one position as the top selling vehicle of Canada powered by the fuel nipping V6 Eco boost engine.

A record breaking year has been witnessed for full sized trucks and the top position is sustained by the extraordinary F-series launched by the Ford Motor Company(NYSE:F).

The Sturdy sale of many vehicles in the category of SUVs and CUVs has shown a significant increase in the year 2012. The main contenders for resulting in the increase of the sales figures are Ford Edge with an increase of 21 percent, Flex increased the strong sale by 14 percent, Expedition and Explorer accounted for 11 and 12 percent increase in the year 2012 respectively

The sales figure for Ford Motor Company(NYSE:F) depicted a number one position particularly in the month of December  where the sales figures shown an increment of 4 percent followed by vehicles like fusion, Mustang, Taurus and Transit connect sales which showed an increase of 33 percent, 18 percent, 9 percent and 24 percent respectively.

The shares of Ford Motor Company(NYSE:F) is up by 0.82% to close at $13.57
